This small, intimate, exclusive retreat will cover the Life Awakening programme and includes meditation, beautiful surroundings, food and accommodation, flights from Stanstead, transfer to San Flaviano Spiritual Retreat from Perugia airport to Piaggia in Umbria.

Thursday: Arrive and introduction  7.30pm – 9.30pm

Tuesday: Early breakfast and depart

Total cost £700. All inclusive, food, accommodation, transfers, beautiful 200 page workbook-journal, Certificate of attendance.

Taught hours 24, individual hours 1. Preparation emails sent in June. 200 page workbook-journal. Follow up emails in August and September. Reunion, recap evening invitation for October.

Deposit 25^th January £200. Then pay £100 p/m February – June.
